Life is always uncertain,
But it can always be made fun...
Having a pause on the run,
Living the moment one by one...
Taking time to breathe by slowing down,
Not worrying about always being the center of the town,
Keeping aside for some time, the crown,
So that overwhelmed one day we don't have a meltdown or a mental breakdown...
Enjoying every moment of the journey to the best,
Act spontaneously and not always living in fear of failing life's test...
In our life being our own sunshine,
Being towards our own self, less harsh and critical and more forgiving and kind...
Living freely, caring about the opinion of none,
Making out time for simple jokes and pun...
Planing for the future, living and enjoying the present moment,
Making sure all our time and energy in balance is well spent...
Breaking free from running the endless race,
Taking time to enjoy the gift of life in style with its full grace...
Work and leisure,
Both equally we should treasure...
Working hard to make our dreams come true,
But choosing to relish the moments due...
Why struggle to live an ordinary life,
When we can live life differently to grow and thrive...
Acting a little normal and more crazy,
In everyone's eyes, even if it means being worthless or lazy...
Enjoying every moment with a relaxed and peaceful vibe,

A gift of lust, a gift too hot
A gift of temptation, hard to accept it not...
A gift of excitement, a gift of desire,
An allure of forbidden fruit, a gift to ignite fire...
A gift of sensual touch, where skin ignites,
A scent of musk in the fading lights...
A gift of passionate hug, a desperate plea,
A gift of intoxicating kiss, wild and free...
A gift of cuddle, a gift of snuggle,
A gift that can sometimes land one in trouble...
A gift to please, a sinful delight,
A forbidden gift, darkness's engulfing light...
A gift of seduction, a gift of foreplay,
A gift that can make someone's day or lead people astray...
A gift of foreplay, slow and sweet,
A gentle touch, a burning heat,
Building tension, rising high,
A whispered promise made of lie...
A gift of seduction, a subtle art,
To ensnare the heart, to play a part,
To weave a spell, a hypnotic sway,
To steal the soul and lead astray...
A gift to lure, tempting people's soul's pure,
Enticing people with a gift to allure...
An offering hard to ignore or resist,

A battle within, a war we must fight,
To resist the allure, and choose what is right...
Temptation's siren song, a dangerous plea,
But we must stand strong, to finally be free...

243. Pieces of a Broken Soul
I have spent many years of my life,
Silently crying and suffering alone,
So I understand how bad it can be,
And to how many health issues it can make us prone...
How many diseases it can give,
How tough and suffocating it can feel to live...
Bringing depression and stress,
Turning our life around into a complete mess...
Mentally and physically, how much it can exhaust,
How much it can make us feel drained and lost...
Loneliness, depression and anxiety,
Makes our struggle to find happiness in a world feel overwhelming and empty...
Nowadays, all of our lives suck,
Somewhere or other in our life we all feel stuck...
But we need to smile in pain,
Why waste time in vain...
That's how life is,
Never a bed of roses,
At some point or other,
Full of setbacks and losses...
Why put on our hearts excess strain,
Why let our happiness go down the drain...
People are sweet and kind,
Till they feel some benefit from us, they can find,
When any further they are unable to exploit,
Showing their real colors harshly, they will start to act...
Life is a lesson,
Trapped in the loop, we keep repeating the same,
Until we learn and break free,
We can't evolve and win this game...
When we realize even our best will never be enough for someone,
We have to make a conscious choice,
To stop being taken for granted,
Or be taken as a backup or an option or a second choice...
I know life has brought you down to your worst,
But for the lost and real you, we can wait and search...
Find back what's lost,
And revive what's dead,
Remove all the negativity,
To your soul that has been fed...
Love, praise and accept yourself,
Any complex or self-doubt don't let develop...
Find solace in self-love,
Prioritize your own well-being,
Discover the strength of spirit by inner peace,
And break free from the chains of others' expectations stings...
Once again, open your heart to love,
Helping you to get over the grief,
Enabling you to embrace life and once again give,
So you can truly begin to live...

Taken for granted,
Always abused, insulted and neglected...
Always available at their disposal,
Being treated in a way, inhuman and cruel...
He treated you worse than a beggar,
He back-stabbed your feelings and trust with a dagger...
You had to beg for the bare minimum,
Losing your respect, peace, charm and life's all fun...
You fought to get back your minimal self-respect,
He made you full of self-doubt and self-hate to reflect...
He made you feel like you were thankless and always complaining and cribbing,
He tried to manipulate you into guilt-tripping...
You have the power to choose to walk away,
Don't get trapped in their clever play of words to sway you into giving away...
Your self-confidence, he slowly kept ripping,
Hiding behind the mask of just joking and just kidding...
Don't forget that you are a priceless treasure,
A jerk who doesn't value you or your tears doesn't deserve, in their life, the gift of your presence's honor...
Be kind to yourself too,
Walking away from toxicity is now long overdue...
I can understand you still have doubts and still think,
If your decision was correct and if you did the right thing...
Love yourself enough,
Don't let anyone use, mistreat or abuse you,
Being a beautiful kind soul,
Doesn't mean letting others walk over or crush you...
Be proud of yourself
You stood for your safety,
Brave and strong,
Trying to correct every wrong...
You stood up to a toxic person fearlessly with courage,
Unafraid of their anger, wrath and rage...
You are really strong and wise,
You stood bravely in the fight for your rights...
You stood for your honor and self-respect,
You stood without letting their manipulation affect...
You are stronger than you believe,
It doesn't matter if he stays or leaves...
Set boundaries and prioritize your own needs,
You don't owe anyone anything or their greed...
Many women are weak and afraid to take away this stand,
And unfortunately, falling prey to others' lusts and desires end...

Self-obsessed and filled with undue pride, only caring about their wishes and want...
Stay away from people who leave you drained,
Block all those who always leave you feeling stressed and strained...
Stay away from people who pull you down,
Just looking to steal your glory and crown...
Stay away from people laughing at your expense,
Making you feel unwanted, unworthy and nonsense...
Stay away from people who treat you like an option,
People whose words are just empty promises and not meeting their actions...
Stay away from people who manipulate you into guilt-tripping,
Lying, ghosting and leaving you hanging bread crumbing...
Stay away from all evil,
People whose heart just resides the devil...
Stay away from all the selfish creep,
Totally mean and simply freak...
Stay away from people who make you feel lost,
Get rid of people who try to control you like a slave by acting like your boss...
Get rid of people who are gross,
Delete from your life the people who are a total loss...
Stay away from people who leave you hollow,
Whose words like poison, hard to swallow...
Protect your peace with healthy boundaries and positive vibes,
Don't let your self-worth by anyone else describe or decide...
Breaking free from the toxic ties,
Free your life from people's abundant lies...
Detox and declutter life,
Accept and attract a happy positive vibe...
Learn the art of letting go,
Shield your spirit from negativity and see your positive bonds nourish and grow...
Break free from your life's all-toxic bond,
No matter how much ever of anyone you may be fond...
Rise above and find your flock,

Buried in lies,
Living in the grave of trust,
To become rude, shrude and stone-hearted,
In today's time, it has become a must...
Burry me with your lies in my grave,
Because to face this brutal life I am not so brave...
Where trust is brutally murdered,
And faith in the goodness of people and humanity, badly shattered...
Where every promise and assurance of people are just sweetly disguised lies,
Where the human race, for their shameless, cunning and awful behavior, you would start to despise...
Stealing from you the innocence of a child,
Giving you major shock or trauma, mild...
Trusting people blindly,
Will leave you broken for life,
Your value system, level of trust and faith in the good and society,
It will forever challenge and divide...
No one's words can ever be trusted,
Because words always lie,
People's nature and habits never change,
No matter how many times you forgive and give them another chance to try ...
Descending into despair,
With words of deceit,
Accepting the bitter gift,
Of betrayal giving trust ultimate defeat...
Where no one can be trusted,
Where all speak pure lie,
Where only way to survive and live,
Is to once simply die...
Where the display of all the good is just a fake act,
For our own peace, their lies we need to accept and make a pact...
The only gift we get is the lesson from these lies,
Never trust anyone's word, no matter how genuine they may seem or how much they may persuade, beg or try...
I think the only way to find peace,

248. Chemical Crave: Plastic Plates
Hidden death in plain sight,
Today's pleasure, tomorrow's plight...
Beyond the taste of processed foods, toxins and treats,
The chemical cravings and artificial empty calories giving health a defeat...
The lucrative plastic plate,
The pharma industry's backed trap leading to diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease and overweight...
Sugary drinks and chips make our taste buds dance,
Because their taste is artificially enhanced...
Taste buds with junk food often have the thrill of romance,
Leaving us craving more, like in a feeling of trance...
Companies manipulate us with their magical marketing trick,
Making us believe it's a healthy tasty treat...
There is a high probability and chance,
The added colors and preservatives, sooner or later would make us fall seriously sick in the given circumstances...
With a high glycemic index, they are just filled with empty calories and nothing more,
Leaving us always feeling hungry and not giving us a filling experience, they will always make us want to eat more and more...
Salt and sugar make us addicted,
Making us overweight and leaving our health in the long term severely affected...
Killing the good bacteria in the gut,
Leaving our health in a state of rut...
Loaded with saturated fat,
For our health, they are really bad...
The longer the shelf life of the food,
The more chemicals and harmful preservatives it has, it is clearly understood...
On these artificial so-called foods, even the fungus and any healthy microbes won't survive,
On these extreme, toxin-loaded plastic foods, even they can't thrive...

Listening to reality,

Nurturing them and helping them grow...
Selflessly without envy for people's betterment, sharing our wealth,
Like a miser not accumulating and piling it up to build an empire in stealth...
Attitude of gratitude we need to cultivate,
