1. A very special teacher ❤
Born on November 29,
Someone much ahead of their time…
Someone who gave us the fondest memories of our school times,
One of the greatest sources of inspiration of mine...
Someone smart and kind at heart,
Someone multi-talented and master of many arts…
Someone who could teach,
With her words people's hearts who could reach… ♥
Someone who could motivate,
Others, dead confidence, who could rejuvenate...
Full of hope & full of faith,
Who often helped children's lost dreams, recreate…
Full of patience and always calm and cool,
A teacher we remember as super cool…
Someone who taught us English literature and rhymes,
Who made English class the most fun of all times….
Someone who enlightened us when we walked in the dark,
Someone who touched our lives and left her permanent mark…
Someone who could lead,
Others souls with inspiration and knowledge who could feed…
Someone to boost our confidence when we are low,
Someone who helped us pace up in competitive times when we were slow.....
Someone to support us in times of need,
Someone who gave us strength when we felt weak...
Someone who trusted us even when our trust in ourselves was lost,
Someone who guided us when in lanes of temptations and confusions we were lost…
Someone who helped us build strong personalities,
Someone who shaped us well, to face the world with confidence even during adversities…
Someone who helps boost our self-worth and self-esteem,
Someone who helped us rediscover our lost dreams …..
Someone who assured us not all was lost,
Someone to guide us to what actually was to be sought…..
Someone who taught us to stay away from fights,
Someone who taught us to stand for our rights…
Someone who molded us right,
Someone who taught us the difference between wrong and right…
Someone who taught us the simple joys of life,
Someone who took us on a fun-filled learning ride….
Someone soft and humble,
In front of whom we didn’t need to speak with fear or tremble…
Someone who gave us mental exercise,
Someone who turned us from ordinary to extraordinary wise…
Someone who turned raw coal into a diamond fine,
Someone who was truly God's gift, completely divine…
Someone who forgave our mischief and mistake,
Someone who made us realize what was at stake…
Someone who lessened the burden of our defeat ,
By letting us see the hidden lessons and making us realize their need…
Someone who made us capable to decide,
Someone who prepared us to face new challenges and fights …
Madam that someone was you,
A gem of a person known to only a lucky few …

2. A true teacher
Someone to teach us the simple joys of life,
Someone to take us on a fun-filled learning ride….
Someone to hold us when we fall,
Someone to scold us, when from the right path, away we stroll…
Someone to teach us style and elegance,
Someone to care about our future with full diligence…
Someone to teach how to deal with life,
Someone to teach us that every problem is a disguised opportunity to shine bright…
Someone who helps us understand the power of pen and paper as wonderful tools,
Someone who turns us smart from dumb fools….
Someone who never gives up hope even when children are duffers, stupid or fools,
Someone who always tries to make them shine with the help of knowledge, books, kindness, dedication, hope, motivation and faith as her tools…
Someone to recognize our inborn talent,
Which until their discovery laid dormant and latent…
Someone to give us the chance to recognize and be ourselves,
Someone to nourish us and give us an opportunity to prove ourselves…
Someone who teaches from the heart and not just books,
Someone who helps children be saints and prevents them from being crooks....
Someone to lift our spirits and nourish our souls,
Someone to lead us towards our aims and goals….
Someone to continually learn and not just teach,
Someone whose influence is far spread with undefined reach…
Someone like a candle who burns to give others light,
Someone who' in her students' happiness and success feels true happiness and pride…
Someone who feels very happy and content with a little praise,
Someone who doesn't give much value to a monetary raise…
Someone wordily wise,
But not acting otherwise to be worldly wise…
Someone, always open to suggestions from worldwide,

Someone to often reward us…

Someone to drive away all our fears…
Someone to help us create a distinct identity,
Someone to help us solve life's mystery…
Someone to teach us what matters the most,
To be a good human and a true dost...
Someone who makes holidays feel boring,
Someone who makes even boring subjects interesting and scoring…
Someone who plays many roles,
Someone who helps children achieve their goals…
Someone to help us create new history,
Someone to share the joy of our victory…
Someone to help us rise,
Someone to help us understand the true value of hard work and realize its price......
Someone to teach us modesty when our success and fame are on the rise,
Someone who is truly a God's sent Angel in disguise…

4. Life's Injustice
Life is a strange and twisted game,
Where fairness often seems a distant aim.
Society, blind to teachers' worth,
Undervaluing those who nurture the youth...
Teachers, the nation's future's architects,
Underpaid, their passion slowly wrecked.
A meagre wage, barely enough to live,
Their dreams and hopes slowly start to give...
With a constant struggle and strife,
How can they nurture a hopeful life?
Sick and tired, yet forced to teach,
Their bodies break, their spirits bleach.
Overworked, exhausted, day by day,
Their mental health begins to fray...
Poor nutrition, a constant plight,
How can they shine with their dimming inner light ?
A balanced meal, a distant dream,
How can they thrive, their spirits gleam?
Health compromised, their savings scant,
A future bleak, a desperate slant...
For their noble work, such meagre pay,
A cruel injustice and a slap in the face every day
Struggling to survive, their dreams denied,
A life of hardship, where spirits are crushed and hope is tried...
With such a plight, who'd choose this path,
To shape young minds, to guide them in the dark?
With such poor pay, who would choose to teach?
Who will inspire minds with their knowledge’s outreach?
Who'll build the future, strong and bright,
When teachers toil in endless night?
A shameful truth, a bitter pill,
The system fails, a cruel ordeal,
Our future is at stake, it's pain to see,
Education undervalued to the worst degree...

5. The Teacher's Burden
Playing through life's games so strange ,
Struggling with so many unfair things, that ought to change...
Our society is a system built on broken dreams,
Where education's value is not what it seems...
Undermining the worth of those imparting education,
Ignoring their patience, kindness, love, passion and dedication...
Ignoring those who teach and build the future of the nation,
Not giving them due respect, compensation and recognition...
But when teachers are left miserably underpaid,
Can they really invest themselves fully in the kids' future, to be nicely made...?
With their pay, a pittance, just enough to get by,
Yet they try to give their all, despite the lie...
Insecure and unsure of their own life,
Still, they try to instill in the children confidence and a cheerful vibe...
Over exertion leading to physical burnout,
Leaving them mentally stressed out...
Living a hectic life, always on their feet,
Still at the end of the day, hardly able to make ends meet...
Often not able to afford the luxury of a day off when they are low and sick,
The resulting pain, becoming physically and emotionally draining and toxic...
They fail to take care of their basic health,
With no possibility to build or save any wealth...
When they can't even afford healthy nutrition and a properly balanced meal,
With life's everyday challenges, how can they successfully deal....?
Malnourished and weary, their spirits start to wane,
Still trying to inspire young minds, ignoring their own pain...
Like fighters, fighting with legendary strength,
Burning themselves and lighting others' lives at their own well-being expense...
For their noble work, where is the due respect?
Instead, they struggle alone with their lives wrecked...
How long can they survive at a level below the minimal,
When one is not able to manage even life's necessities, nominal...
They hardly manage the daily struggles to survive,
Finding hard to maintain balance in their personal and professional life,
Overburdened and over exploited, exhausted they try hard to maintain their vibe,
But finding it next to impossible to find peace and to start building their own life....
Unfortunately in their long fight to survive, their dreams begin to fade,
And with that, the future of the nation we yet have to create...
But with poor pay and inadequate remuneration,
Who would want to study and become a teacher to impart education....?
Who will continue to build the future of the kids and the nation?
When with the same working hours, even a driver or a housemaid can comfortably earn double the teacher's salary and remuneration...?
When uneducated earn more than the educated class,
In this situation, how long will the education system last...?
If we keep ignoring the teachers' plight,
Who would be the torch-bearer to pass on to the next generation the guiding light...?
But what if we paid them what they're worth?
Imagine the future, education's rebirth...
