1. Bullying
How to motivate a young soul,
Who lost its self confidence by being bullied and being trolled...
Who lost its value, self-esteem and self-worth,
Who feels miserable inside and worthless like shit and dirt ...
Someone living a life of a joke,
Someone who has lost their every ray of hope...
The effect of a moment bullying doesn't last just for a day,
On the innocent psyche of kids, for ages, dormant it can stay....
Someone's harsh and insensitive jokes of a day,
Can scar and damage other life in an unrecognisable way...
No one can see, realise or measure the damage it made,
Because the silent trauma on the young impressionable mind and heart rarely fades...
The trauma can silently haunt them for ages,
Without letting anyone recognise or realise the true reason for a person's behavioural changes ....
No one can know how far they will carry this load,
Fighting their new-found depths of depression and self-loathe....
Being bullied truly breaks a child inside out,
Shattering their self confidence, creating hundreds of self-doubts ...
Making them feel broken and depressed,
Internally shattered and emotionally messed ....
Pushing them towards solitude,
Turning their hearts' voice mute....
Feeling embarrassed and shamed,
Being laughed at like a meme....
An incident in adolescence and childhood,
Can destroy their manhood or womanhood...
Trapping them in a false definition of beautification and glorification,
Disturbing their life goals, priorities and mission...
Making them look desperately for praise, validation and appreciation,
But unfortunately, ultimately falling prey to depression and humiliation...
Making them vulnerable to being mentally, emotionally and physically abused,
To be toyed with, hurt and be used....
Making them ashamed of their looks and beauty,
Making them desperate enough to turn to nudity...
Deviating them from their values and morals,
Luring them to things, illegal and immoral...
Making them live in silent unknown fear,
Filling their life with nightmares and tears ...
How much time will it take for the person to heal,
The feeling which for days, weeks, months or years they silently conceal...
A dark day can change the whole life upside down,
Make a simple sober person a broken clown...
At times, even after years, we are unaware,
What scars and pain we carry from simple bullying that subconsciously still is the root cause of all our fears and nightmares ...
Bullying can be said to be one of the biggest moral crimes,
That destroys young lives, their future and their happiness from time to time....

Tough journey to inspire a teenager,
Trying harder makes things crazier...
So hard to know what's in their hearts and mind,
So hard to know when to be tough and when to be soft and kind...
Talking to them at times can be so tough,
Simple talks can turn into arguments rough...
Dealing with sweet little innocent hearts and curious minds,
Can challenge our knowledge, skills, experience and expertise of many life times....
How to motivate a teenager with low motivation, self confidence, willpower and self-esteem,
Who lacks aim, destination and dreams...
It is hard to inspire them and be an ideal idol,
Shaping right their often destructive thoughts that can even turn suicidal...
Managing with love, praises and compliments their mood swings and mood cycle,
Becomes at times very complicated but never less still very vital ...
Managing their life's curious questions and emotional tidal waves,
Inspiring them to build their life well and not dig their own graves...
Helping anxiety, panic attacks filled broken hearts,
At times, can feel like life's biggest, toughest and most challenging task...
Surrendering our fight in front of their fears,
Or losing our stand in front of their non-stop innocent tears...
How to get them into a routine stable,
Have them follow a disciplined life and timetable ...
At times it's hard for even adults to make up their mind,
When to be kind and when to draw the line...
Stuck in the dilemma of wrong and right,
At times, starting deep inside us an internal emotional turmoil and fight ...
Handling a teenager can be challenging and draining,
Making us weak and question our morals, values and training...
When their tears start raining,
When our heart and conscious starts blaming ...
Afraid that our one mistake can affect them for a lifetime ,
Our one decision can turn someone's life hellish or divine ....
At times its hard to sleep at night,
Fearing our efforts may not suffice...
The pressure to guide, motivate and build a young innocent life right,
At times, starts to drain our own lives...
Even though the journey is tough,
At the end of the day, to build their happy future, all the risk is worth...💚

When sometimes kids feel suffocated and in cage,
When hormonal changes give them an outburst of anger and rage.....
When irritability and sadness take over,
Liveliness turns to moods lower ...
Friendships start to get all messed,
Life starts to feel all lonely and depressed...
When friends start to taunt,
When solitude starts to haunt....
No one to talk to and share the inner storms,
Nobody to help understand life's silent norms....
Nobody to help unravel life's mysteries,
Nobody to help with uncontrollable curiosities...
The curiosity to explore,
Learn about the hidden forbidden things more and more....
When the mind becomes a non-stop question bank,
When we start hiding things from families and stop being true and frank....
Just wanting personal space,
Just wasting time, energy and days...
Trapped in a maze,
With blurred vision due to haze...
Needing confidence to play nice on life's stage,
Trying to figure a way out of the confusing maze....
Sometimes overflowing with energy full of craze,
Sometimes, lying down lost like a books torn or blank page ....
Trying to understand life's mysterious ways,
While enjoying carefree, our days ....
Trying to win every battle and every race,
Trying to figure out our space...
Feeling at times broken and weak,
Desperately trying to find our league....
Bullying and tremendous peer pressure ,
Making us feel our value day by day to be lesser and lesser...
Insecure about our own beauty,
Desperate to find someone to flirt with who would call us their cutie...
Losing interest in studies and textbooks,
Just worrying day and night about looks...
With so many wants and so many needs,
Desperate to impress and succeed...
Trying different techniques to sway,
Seeking attention and appreciation in any and every possible way...
Wanting to be accepted and liked,
Trying to fight our loneliness with all our might...
Learning to be confident and no longer be timid or shy,
Slowly evolving from a caterpillar to a beautiful butterfly....

4. Teenage Angst 2
When zest for life is high time,
When we learn the value of each and every dime...
When life moves in full swing,
Making us want to try, experience and experiment everything...
The best age of all time,
But with innocent curious minds at risk of diverting to various forbidden crimes....
Everything makes the heart go zing tring ring ,
Giving body shivers and variable chills...
With changes in body and psyche,
Emotional turbulence often hurting like a pointed spike....
Emotional roller coaster in full flow,
At times, making us reach life's new low...
With new feelings and emotions so confused,
Sometimes feeling amazing, sometimes totally amused...
At times pushy and nosy,
Simply looking for someone to talk with to feel comfortable and cozy
At times, stubborn like a horse,
At times, controlling and dominating like a boss...
With so many drawback and shortcoming,
Still at times thinking ourselves to be most wise, stunning and cunning...
Rebellion, jealousy, anxiety and depression on the go,
Still giving us a new shine and a unbelievable new glow...
We are depressed and low,
But still our beauty shines and glows...

5. A Kiddo
A sweet emotional kiddo,
Once upon a time, I was just ditto...
Always lying down on my bed with my pillow,
Sleeping whole day feeling sad and low...
Living a life without aims and dreams,
With a heart, full of self-doubt and screams...
A curious little kid,
Emotionally weak and not so fit...
Always curious about life,
About everything always had in mind, at least questions five...
Bullied at an early age,
Living in a fear made cage...
Filled with anger and rage,
Always looking for a way to escape...
Afraid to face life,
Go to college and start building a life...
Afraid to meet new people in life,
Afraid I would not fit into their vibe...
Afraid and uncomfortable with unwanted attention,
Giving me anxiety and hyper tension...
But in the end, things worked out fine,
Went through college with colors and memories flying...
I never stopped and I never quit trying,
Completed my college in just perfect time...
College did me good,
Made life and people be better understood...
Gave me wisdom and courage in life,
Helped break free the cage of fears of all type...
Helped find happiness and success in life,
For which all their life everyone strives....

Being a child is not a child's play,
Often, in darkness, just struggling to stay alive and get through the day....
Searching for a little ray of hope and light,
Just trying their best to somehow survive ...
Looking for support to turn many wrongs into rights,
Facing endless battles hidden from the world day and night...
Needing guidance to build their future, bright,
Someone to help with all the pressure, trauma and the fight.......
Hiding many secrets buried in a scared heart,
A curious mind overflowing with endless questions about different things on this earth....
Domestic violence and non-stop drama,
Causing scars and lifelong trauma...
Carrying so many smiles fake,
Since for them, a lot is always at stake....
Growing up in fears,
Hiding from their own peers....
People are so distant even after being so near,
Crying self to sleep alone in silent tears....
Shattering of millions of dreams,
Under their super silent screams....
Feeling unwanted, unloved, unprotected and uncared,
Totally lost and totally scared....
Locking themselves in solitude in their room,
They just can’t stop thinking about the outside doom....
Living scary moments that can bring anyone tears,
With their traumatic stories that can haunt anyone for days, months and years.....
Scared of where things may lead or end,
Because they know, no one would be there for their rescue or to defend....
At times, people like wolves lurking around to hunt down their innocent souls,
Steal their innocence and destroy their lives on a whole....
With no one on whom they can trust or depend,
Only their faith in God, to keep them moving on till their journey comes to an end....

7. So Mean
When I was a teen,
I had around me, many people so mean....
Who tried to humiliate and mock,
Just to prove that they rule and they rock...
Who were cheap and low life,
On others' pain and misery who used to thrive...
Bullying others was their way,
Crushing people's souls made their day...
Breaking rules and doing mischief extreme,
It was a routine for a group of these teens, mean...
Making someone feel worthless and low,
Helped their happiness and joy to grow...
Destroying other's self-esteem,
Used to being to their eyes a magical gleam...
Making others cry and scream,
Made them feel powerful and supreme...
Destroying other's dreams,
Sealing their destiny with misery by treating them like memes...
Not realising that with their drama,
They may end up leaving the other person's soul with life-long trauma...
Leaving their heart's with a permanent scar,
That can tear their whole life apart...
Leaving people with emotional and psychological damage, unseen,
Unknowingly destroying many lives by acting so mean...

Being a lone wolf,
But silently wanting to be a part a hive,
Is a silent wish in heart of every teenagers life...
To be happy,
No matter how hard they strive,
Something or other would show up to mess up their vibe...
Being deserted by friends,
Feeling victim of life,
That's a common in all teenagers life...
Friendships taking a new shape,
Relationships seeming as an escape...
Friendship turning disappointing despair,
Being replaced by lovers and affairs...
Teenage is a roller coaster ride,

Her heart blooms with compassion, even in the face of thorns,
She is like a gentle breeze among roaring storms...
She is full of life force like a newborn,
With a charming and captivating smile to adorn...
She is a truly emotional being,
Really loving and caring extreme...
A kind soul, brave, courageous and bold,
A little sweetheart with a pure heart, truly made of gold...
A precious diamond in the rough,
Really unbreakable and tough...
Facing challenges heads-on without being controlled,

At times, a little timid and shy,

Constantly ready to lend a helping hand,
With a patient listening ear and an genuine apology at hand to make amends...
Loves to cook and bake,
Relishing foods of diffrent taste and make...
Lazy like a panda,
But at time for her friends acts like a secret santa...
Perfectionist in her work of art,
She is really a cute little sweetheart...
She is a little artist on life's stage,
Playing all her roles with joy, elegance and grace...
Forged in sorrow, a spirit aflame,
Resilience is woven into her very name...
A little princess, angelic and with a hint of divine,
Her name means protector and defender, like one of the major goddesses, nine...
Sweet Saranya, shonu saranya, sweetheart saranya, angel Saranya,
By many names she is lovingly addressed and called,
But, also being called: pillow saranya, panda saranya, moody saranya,
She is also often laughingly trolled...
A real sweetheart in all sense,
A truly little angel full of suspense....
With so many pleasant surprises in store,
With her around, not a moment of the day you would feel bored...
A keeper of secrets of my heart and life,
Her sweetness helps make me feel happy and alive...
With her heart filled with empathy,
Her sweet little hug is in itself like a powerful healing therapy...
She is really very dependable and trustworthy,
An angel with a personality and charisma, really praiseworthy...
Loves to travel and wishes to travel around the world,
She is a precious soul like a diamond and an emerald...
No storm can break her, no fear makes her bend,
Fighting with the world, for her loved ones to defend...
Her life is joy and grief entwined,

Paying a life-long hefty price which ruined her beautiful future, vast...
Afraid and filled with many fears,
Trying to show courage by smiling and hiding her tears...
Bravely trying to face the challenges of everyday life,

Brilliant, intelligent and talented,
But currently lying hidden in the shadows, wounded...
Because as a child,
She faced the wrath of a society, wild,
Damaging her soul,

The childhood's brutal bullying drama,

Her confidence was badly injured,
